Michele Tabozzi

Michele Tabozzi

Michele Tabozzi is a Milan-based photographer specializing in food photography, known for his ability to transform even the simplest ingredient into a powerful visual statement. His images are refined, clean, and meticulously composed, defined by a strong graphic sensibility and a positive, sensitive use of light that makes food appear both perfect and irresistibly appetizing.
Alongside food photography, portraits of chefs, kitchen and dining room teams represent one of the most compelling aspects of his work. Expressions, gestures, and atmospheres are captured as moments of genuine emotion, told through an essential and narrative visual language.
He has collaborated and continues to collaborate with leading Italian and international food and lifestyle magazines, including La Cucina Italiana, Sale & Pepe, Elle Decor, as well as numerous travel, art, and culture publications. He is the author of the imagery for monographs dedicated to renowned chefs such as Ernst Knam, Alfonso Iaccarino, Heinz Beck, Moreno Cedroni, and Massimiliano Alajmo, published by Bibliotheca Culinaria and other international publishers.
A lifelong passion for cuisine has allowed him to develop a privileged relationship with chefs, leading to the creation of a photography studio equipped with a professional kitchen, conceived as a space where creativity and collaboration can unfold without limits.
Alongside his editorial work, he collaborates with prestigious food and luxury brands including San Pellegrino, Nespresso, Ferrero, Bulgari, and Costa Crociere.
His elegant and deeply human gaze also extends to the photography of places and people, captured through simple, intense, and timeless images.
